On August 31, 2023, at PTSC Offshore Oil and Gas Project Installation, Operation and Maintenance Services Joint Stock Company (PTSC POS), a ceremony to officially announce the operation (Golive) of the Electronic Signing and Approval Software System. This system will become the core digital platform serving management and operations at PTSC POS Company.
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of Vina Aspire Co., Ltd. were Ms. Chloe Bui – Operations Director and engineers, project team; Representative of the PTSC POS Board of Directors is Mr. Tien Duc Cuong – Head of Human Resources Department, and representatives of functional departments.

Officially launched on June 15, 2023, the project “Deployment of Electronic Signing and Approval Software System” at PTSC POS Company has an important role, very complex nature, requiring coordination. Active integration between Vina Aspire and PTSC POS.
System Solution Electronic signing and approval software is one of the important core applications in the “Digital Transformation” journey to become a paperless office (e.Office), because of its efficiency and benefits. With more than many meetings, conferences, trainings, the Electronic Signing and Approval Software System project has handed over software copyright, IT hardware infrastructure, completed surveys, and evaluated the scope of implementation. Besides, more than 100 business processes and many management report templates have been unified. Up to now, the Electronic Signing and Approval Software System has officially been put into official operation.
