Customers who choose to buy any goods or services from Vina Aspire can be completely assured of product quality. We are committed to always providing customers with genuine products, with the best manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Please check the product carefully when receiving the server ordered from Vina Aspire. The goods will be delivered 100% brand new and labeled with the company’s warranty logo. In particular, the warranty period is in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty regulations.

VINA ASPIRE’S WARRANTY COMMITMENT: Warranty policy for server lines of Vina Aspire commits to applying the most beneficial warranty policies of the brands for customers, specifically:
Servers Dell, IBM, HPE, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Oracle…
- The warranty policies of the above brands, depending on each different machine model, will have different warranty periods from 12 months to 36 months. You can check more at the manufacturer’s website.
- The warranty period is clearly stated on the stamp, affixed to the server product, and Equipment Handover Minutes.
Storage server (Storage)
- 12 month warranty or according to manufacturer standards.

III. Warranty and maintenance regulations at Vina Aspire
(Please read the warranty conditions on the website carefully before purchasing)
- All components and equipment must have Vina Aspire’s warranty stamp.
- The device is still under warranty. Errors determined for warranty purposes are technical errors or failures due to the manufacturer’s fault and according to the manufacturer’s regulations.
- The seal must remain intact, not be altered or erased. The serial number on the warranty card (if any) must be the same as on the device.
- The device is no longer under warranty.
- The device does not have Vina Aspire’s warranty stamp, the stamp shows signs of modification, does not state the warranty period, the product stamp is torn (unreadable) or has been modified, or has signs of re-pasting, the product number The serial number on the device is not the same as that on the warranty card (if any).
- Equipment is deformed, scratched, broken, chipped, or warped due to human force.
- Equipment shows signs of fire, explosion, rust, cracked chips, and incorrect voltage usage.
- Equipment damaged by insects such as rats, mice, etc., or placed in an oxidizing environment, dusty, spilled water, etc.
- The company is not responsible for the operating system, data, or software accompanying the device when warrantying the device.
- Customers arbitrarily repair or repair at places other than the Company’s official warranty locations. In these cases, Vina Aspire may still negotiate and support the repair and replacement of defective equipment, but the entire cost of repair and replacement will be paid by the customer.
- There is no warranty for equipment such as mains having bent socket pins or customers repairing it on their own.
All devices are covered for free during the warranty period.
- New goods purchased within 30 days will be immediately exchanged for new goods if the goods are damaged due to manufacturer’s error. In case there is no new product to exchange, it will be agreed to exchange for another new product of equivalent value (Note: Does not apply to devices with wear and tear properties, devices that are cut off or broken). , lost packaging, catalog… or scratched, dirty…)
- In case the goods are purchased within 30 days, they will be returned for warranty (repair). If it cannot be repaired, the store will replace another equivalent product and this product is not necessarily 100% new.
- Warranty resolution time is from 1-7 days from date of receipt (except Sundays and holidays) and depending on each case, it may be resolved sooner or later. During the warranty period, we will lend another product of the same type for you to operate during the warranty period to ensure the continuous operation of the Server.
- For devices that cannot be repaired and are out of stock because they are no longer in production or are no longer in circulation on the market, you must wait for the distributor to exchange for another product of equal or higher value and Compensation according to agreement according to current market prices. The warranty period for the replaced product will be continued and the warranty will not be restarted from the beginning.
- For devices that cannot be repaired domestically and must be sent to manufacturers abroad, the time limit can last from 4 to 6 weeks. In this case, the store will replace a product with equivalent features for you to use temporarily.
- For components and equipment purchased at Vina Aspire:
When purchasing these devices and components, you will receive a warranty card, which clearly states the warranty conditions, warranty address, customer rights, etc. Customers must present the warranty card when servicing. Warranty products directly at Vina Aspire.
- In case the goods are purchased more than 30 days ago, if there is a defect from the manufacturer, it will be returned for warranty purposes. Within 5 working days, if it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with another equivalent product.
- In case the components and equipment cannot be repaired but the company is out of stock, no longer produced or no longer circulating on the market, you will be consulted and agreed to exchange for other goods of equivalent value. or higher and compensated according to current market prices. The warranty period for replacement products is continued and not renewed from the beginning.
- For devices that cannot be repaired and must be sent abroad, the time limit can be from 4 to 6 working weeks. In this case, Vina Aspire will replace another product with equivalent features for you to borrow and use temporarily, if required.
