Vina Aspire is pleased to share, after 8 months of implementing library management software, then building a reading room, buying lamps, tables, reading shelves, shelves, ornamental plants, decorating the reading room, and barcode card readers, then bought thousands of books. Up to now, the library of Chi Linh Primary School (TVTHCL) has 200 students coming to read books every day, and especially for the first time, first grade students can also borrow books home for their parents to help them read.
With the contribution of Vina Aspire and many other volunteers, especially the efforts of Mr. Nguyen Quang Giap from PTSC M&C, the number of books in the library has now reached nearly 3,000, spread across scientific topics. learning, ethics, life skills, literature, history,… Vina Aspire and the volunteers hope to be able to meet the discovery needs of students, building and developing a reading culture from young children’s age.
When it comes to books, everyone knows that they are the quintessence of human intelligence. Books are a vast treasure of knowledge that if people know how to explore them, they will reap many useful things for themselves. Each book is like a door that opens to us a new horizon of knowledge. Just as writer M. Gorki wrote, “Love books, they are the source of knowledge, only knowledge is the way to live.”
Thanks to the application of digital transformation, it helps TVTHCL in making library management and operation more convenient. The library is operated on the DigiLib platform developed by Trung Dao from open source software SLiMS.
