- Đối tác, nhà cung cấp, nhà phân phối, đại lý;

- Giao dịch với các quốc gia, tổ chức hoặc cá nhân bị cấm vận/trừng phạt theo quy định áp dụng;
- Cung cấp sản phẩm, phần mềm, công nghệ hoặc dịch vụ cho các bên bị hạn chế;
- Hỗ trợ trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp các hoạt động vi phạm lệnh trừng phạt.

5. EXPORT CONTROL REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU KIỂM SOÁT XUẤT KHẨU

Mọi hoạt động xuất khẩu, tái xuất khẩu, chuyển giao công nghệ hoặc cung cấp dịch vụ quốc tế phải:
- Được kiểm tra và đánh giá tuân thủ;
- Xác định rõ người dùng cuối (End User) và mục đích sử dụng cuối (End Use);
- Không phục vụ mục đích quân sự, phát triển vũ khí hoặc hoạt động bị cấm.
