First of all, Vina Aspire, as an official authorized partner of Adobe in Vietnam, would like to sincerely thank customers for trusting and using Adobe products provided by Vina Aspire.
As previously announced, Adobe planned to discontinue the sale of perpetual Acrobat 2020 licenses on November 30, 2024 – you can refer to the original announcement here.
However, according to the latest update Vina Aspire received from Adobe’s Partner Connection team, the sale period for Acrobat 2020 perpetual licenses has been extended until May 31, 2025 – Notification as below:

Dear Adobe Partner,
We wanted to provide an important update regarding Acrobat 2020 perpetual product sales:
- The end of sale date for Acrobat 2020 perpetual has been extended from November 30, 2024, to May 31, 2025, for TLP only. The Acrobat 2020 End of Sale for the Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP) is still November 30, 2024.
- The Acrobat 2020 End of Support date has been extended from June 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, for all Acrobat 2020 licenses regardless of buying program.
Please note that with this new update, there is now a 6-month period between the final End of Sale date for Acrobat 2020 TLP (May 31, 2025) and the End of Support date (November 30, 2025).
