We trust this message finds you well. We appreciate your continued partnership and support in delivering exceptional solutions to our mutual customers. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our Acrobat product offerings.
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the sale of our Acrobat perpetual licenses, Acrobat Pro 2020 and Acrobat Standard 2020, in the TLP and CLP Buying Programs. We will continue to offer subscription versions of the product in the Adobe VIP, VIP Marketplace, LGA, and ETLA Buying Programs. The last date for placing orders for Acrobat perpetual license products in TLP and CLP will be July 15th, 2024. Please note that Acrobat 2020 will reach End of Support in June 2025.
We are committed to supporting you through this transition and will provide additional assistance to facilitate the shift to subscription licensing. We appreciate your ongoing partnership during this transition period. If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the following materials:
