Adobe Acrobat Pro Installation Guide

Step 1: Sign in to your Adobe Account

• Open a web browser.
• Navigate to the Adobe sign-in page: https://account.adobe.com
• Sign in using the Adobe account that has been assigned an Acrobat Pro license.

Step 2: Access the Applications Page

• After signing in successfully, go to the Apps section.
• Locate Adobe Acrobat Pro from the list of available applications.

Step 3: Download the Installer

• Click Install or Download.
• Wait for the installer package to be downloaded to your computer.

Step 4: Run the Installer

• Open the Downloads folder.
• Locate the downloaded installer file (typically named Acrobat_Set-Up.exe).
• Double-click the file to launch the installation.
• If prompted by Windows User Account Control (UAC), click Yes or Run.

Step 5: Sign in During Installation

• When prompted, sign in using your Adobe account.
• Ensure that you use the same account that has been assigned the Acrobat Pro license.

Step 6: Complete the Installation

• The installer will automatically download and install the required components.
• This process may take several minutes depending on your internet connection and system performance.
• Do not close the installation window until the process is complete.

Step 7: Launch Adobe Acrobat Pro

• Once the installation is finished, click Open Acrobat or Finish.
• Adobe Acrobat Pro will launch automatically.

Step 8: Verify License Activation

• Open Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Navigate to Help → About Adobe Acrobat.
• Verify that the application displays Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ensure that no Trial or Buy Now messages are shown.

Important Notes

• An active internet connection is required during installation and license activation.
• The Adobe account must be assigned an Acrobat Pro license before installation.
• Administrative privileges may be required to install the application.
• It is recommended to close other applications before starting the installation process.
