We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the pricing of the products and services we supply from Thales Cloud Protection and Licensing (CPL).
Details of the Price Adjustment:
- Effective Date: As of July 1, 2024, there will be a 5% increase in the prices of Thales Data Security Products and Services, as well as certain Identity and Access Management Products and Services. Detailed part numbers and specific prices will be provided in a preview price list through your Thales representative.
- Applicability: This price adjustment will apply to all orders placed on or after July 1, 2024. All 2024 quotes will expire no later than June 30, 2024.
- Exclusions: The following products are excluded from this price adjustment: IAM Devices (Tokens and PKI), STA Workforce, and all Imperva offerings.
- CipherTrust Products: Given the preference for term-based licensing among our CipherTrust customers, we will be removing perpetual SKUs from the price list.
- Support Changes: We have also removed the Standard Support option from our published price list. To align with the support model for critical infrastructure, we will now only offer 24×7 support, which is consistent with industry standards.
Action Required: To avoid the impact of these price changes, we recommend that you review and finalize any orders before the new pricing takes effect.
